What is HIIT?
Our HIIT (high intensity interval training) class consists of exercises that are performed at a high intensity for 30 to 60 seconds. This means that you’ll not only burn lots of calories, you’ll also significantly improve endurance levels. Research has shown that HIIT is up to 50% more effective in reducing fatty tissue than low-intensity training. To join our HIIT classes, it’s best to have a medium level of fitness, as it requires lots of energy.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
