What is Zumba®?

Zumba® is the ultimate class if you want to work on your body and endurance in a fun, energetic way. This class combines elements from different South American dance styles with upbeat Latin music, having you burn up to a 1000 calories per hour! Because the dance steps are easy to follow, and you can easily adjust the intensity, our Zumba® classes are suited for all ages and fitness levels. Even though the focus lies on improving your endurance, your leg, arm and abdominal muscles are getting trained during the movements as well. This’ll make you burn the highest amount of calories while also working on more muscle definition, all in an energetic group setting!

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
