What is Ashtanga Yoga?
Ashtanga practice goes back to the roots of yoga. It consists of a fixed powerful sequence of postures, that will be explored with focus on the breath. A repeated yoga practice with attention is encouraged, not only the sequence itself will become easier, also a more relaxed mind and increased mobility will come along. The intention of this practice is that each movement becomes a conscious drawing into the space, one with the breath or a meditation in motion.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
