What is Power Cycling?
Our Power Cycling class is an intense power cardio class using a stationary bike with adjustable resistance, taking cycling to the next level. To the rhythm of the music, you will challenge yourself through inclines and descents, with varying degrees of resistance. During our Power Cycling class you’ll burn a maximum of calories while improving your cardiovascular endurance and strengthening the lower body.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
