What is Cycling high Intensity?
Our Cycling High Intensity class is an intense cardio class using a stationary bike with adjustable resistance. This cycling class will amp up the intensity by putting a little more emphasis on accelerating off the slopes. To the rhythm of the music, you will challenge yourself through inclines and descents, with varying degrees of resistance. The Cycling High Intensity class allows you to burn a maximum of calories while strengthening the lower body.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
