What is CrossTraining for All?
CrossTraining for all is a class that redefines the concept of indoor sports. This balanced out class, consisting of old school strength exercises, intense bursts of cardio and exercises with your own body weight, will improve your all-round fitness level in a very short time. This CrossTraining class is accessible to all fitness levels and all ages.
If you're new to CrossTraining we suggest following an Initiation class first.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
