What is Pilates Initiation?
Our Pilates Initiation class is perfect for those who are new to the Pilates practice. This gentle training, practiced mainly on the floor on a mat, aims to strengthen and build long, lean muscles, improves joint flexibility and increases core strength, all in an introductory style that’s suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
