What is Abdos?
Our Abdos classes focus on strengthening the abdominal muscles and improving muscle tone and definition. By training your core muscles, you’ll also work on achieving better balance and posture, with less back pain as a pleasant side effect. With the help of our skilled fitness instructors, you will learn the proper and safe way to train your abs in order to get the best results.
