What is Aqua HIIT?
Aqua HIIT is a high intensity interval training (followed by short recuperation break), this class is perfect if you want to improve your stamina while
unload the joints with the natural properties of water. During an Aqua HIIT class you'll work on your trunk, strength, flexibility and balance.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
