What is Legs Training?
During Legs Training classes, you will be able to effectively work on your legs thanks to this workout focusing on the lower part of your body. During the session, several exercises specifically designed to strengthen and shape your legs. No muscle will be forgotten! During the Legs Training class, tone your quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes and calves.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
