Stretching is an important part of any kind of training routine and should not be neglected. It aids immensely in injury prevention, better performance and being in tune with your body. Our 30’ Stretching class will help in improving your overall flexibility in a safe, effective way so you’ll feel the effects in all other areas of your training.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
