What is Cycling for all?
Our Cycling For All class is an indoor cycling class open to all ages and fitness levels, using a special stationary bike with an adjustable resistance. It is structured to allow anyone to participate, with multiple options for every level. You’ll improve your cardiovascular and muscle endurance while burning a lot of calories, thanks to the effects of interval training.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
