What is Fight Workout ?
Fight Workout or Cardio-Fight Workout is made to work on your physical condition (stamina and effort resistance), natural strength of your body and explosiveness. Fight Workout is aimed at combat sports practitioners as well as anyone who wants to get back a good physical condition without classical workout such as HIIT or Crosstraining.
A lesson of 1 hour is composed of a joints warm-up and pre-workout stretching (10min), after the workout difficulty will go crescendo (more and more intense) during 35-45 min and we'll finish with an intense stretching session to work on your flexibility.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
