Cycling to the beat is an indoor cycling class where you will perform a complete workout that connects body and mind to the rhythm of music. Designed to stimulate and transform your body, you will work your cardio and all your muscles thanks to choreographed sequences from the top and bottom of your body.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
