What is English boxing?
English Boxing is a sport that allows you to improve your cardio and stamina. During the lesson, you'll work on your reflex, agility and coordination. While working on all your body muscles and sculpt your silhouette, you'll reduce your stress, improve your self esteem and more important, you'll surpass yourself more than you'll ever dreamed of.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
