What is Fit Cycling?

Our Fit Cycling class is an intense cardio class using a stationary bike with adjustable resistance. To the rhythm of the music, you will challenge yourself through inclines and descents, with varying degrees of resistance. The Fit Cycling class allows you to burn a maximum of calories while strengthening the lower body.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
