What is Practical Kickboxing?
Our Practical Kickboxing class is a combat sports class that mainly puts the feet and fists at work in a range of kickbox movements and exercises. You’ll work on your cardiovascular and muscle endurance, speed and agility with the use of an opponent or a punching bag. In our Practical Kickboxing class you’ll put all the techniques and movements that you’ve learned in our Technical Kickboxing class to good use.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
