HIIT Dance class, or High-Intensity Interval Training Dance class, is a form of cardiovascular workout that combines simple dance moves with periods of high-intensity training interspersed with recovery periods. It's an intense and fun group class that will allow you to burn a maximum of calories while improving your fitness and strengthening your heart and lungs.
