What is Belly Dancing?
Our Belly Dancing class combines dancing and low-impact exercises with oriental music. This class is inspired by the Suhaila technique while keeping the spirit of the traditional oriental dance through the different movements and sequences, by focusing mainly on muscle building and movement coordination. Our Belly Dancing class is accessible to all ages and fitness levels, and is a fun way to work on your general fitness and to discover new movements!
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
