What is Afro dance?

Afro Dance will give you a boost of energy and have you burn lots of calories by combining trendy and traditional African dance styles (think Kuduro, Azonto and many others!). While having fun and releasing stress, you will work on your thighs, shoulders, abs, glutes and overall endurance.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
